Bill every stage of the façade. Get your retention back.
Curtain wall, shopfronts, windows and doors are billed in stages over months, with an advance to recover and retention held back on every claim. Mizarah works out each claim and keeps the retention on the job until you release it.
The advance and the retention come off every claim, in the right order.
A façade contract usually takes an advance at the start and holds back retention on each claim until handover. Mizarah takes both off the work done, then adds VAT on what is left, so the tax invoice is correct on its face and the VAT return agrees with your ledger.
- Quote by the square metre, by the panel or by the opening
- Advance, retention and VAT on every claim, never mixed up
- Retention tracked per job, with the release invoice ready when it is due
- The contract can never be billed past 100%
